I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving effect to Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 20191 , as amended by Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 20202 , hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Sustainability-related Disclosures in the Financial Services Sector) (Amendment) Regulations 2022. | ||
2. The European Union (Sustainability-related Disclosures in the Financial Services Sector) Regulations 2021 ( S.I. No. 146 of 2021 ) are amended, in Regulation 3, by the deletion of paragraph (a). | ||
