Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th April, 2022.

The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), hereby makes the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Avian Influenza (Precautionary Confinement of Birds) Regulations 2021 (Revocation) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 29 April 2022.

2. The Avian Influenza (Precautionary Confinement of Birds) Regulations 2021 are revoked.
