Amendment of section 138 of Principal Act

44. Section 138 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (4), in paragraph (b), by the substitution of “the Commission” for “the Authority or the Compliance Committee”, and

(b) in subsection (5), by the deletion of “registered”.
