Final report on Uisce Éireann and final annual report of Water Advisory Body

28. (1) The Water Advisory Body shall, not later than the dissolution day, furnish a final report in accordance with section 44(1)(b) of the Act of 2017 in respect of the period ending on 31 December 2022.

(2) The Water Advisory Body shall, not later than the dissolution day, prepare and submit to the Minister the final annual report of the Advisory Body (within the meaning of section 53(1)(b) of the Act of 2017) and the Minister shall, as soon as practicable after receiving such report, cause a copy of that report to be laid before each House of the Oireachtas.
