Amendment of section 64 of Electoral Act 1997 | ||

108. Section 64 of the Electoral Act 1997 is amended, in subsection (1)— | ||
(a) in paragraph (b), by the substitution of “as the case may require.” for “as the case may require;”, and | ||
(b) by the deletion of paragraph (c). |
