Section 9 of the Act of 1992 is amended by the substitution of “if he or she has reached the age of 18 years and if he or she is ordinarily resident in that constituency and is either” for “if he has reached the age of eighteen years and if, on the qualifying date, he was ordinarily resident in that constituency and was either”.
