Amendment of Freedom of Information Act 2014 | ||

20. The Freedom of Information Act 2014 is amended— | ||
(a) in section 42, by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (j): | ||
“(ja) a record relating to a report, within the meaning of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 , made under that Act, whether the report was made before or after the date of the passing of the Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022,”, | ||
and | ||
(b) in Part 1 of Schedule 1— | ||
(i) in paragraph (am), by the substitution of “entity;” for “entity.”, and | ||
(ii) by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (am): | ||
“(an) the Office of the Protected Disclosures Commissioner, in the performance of the functions conferred on it by or under the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 , other than insofar as it relates to records concerning the general administration of those functions.”. |
