Repeals and revocations | ||

5. (1) Section 72 of the Act of 1996 is repealed. | ||
(2) Section 74 of the Act of 1996 is repealed. | ||
(3) The following statutory instruments are revoked: | ||
(a) Waste Management (Environmental Levy) (Plastic Bag) Order 2007 ( S.I. No. 62 of 2007 ); | ||
(b) Waste Management (Environmental Levy) (Plastic Bag) Regulations 2001 ( S.I. No. 605 of 2001 ). |
