Amendment of section 2 of Act of 2014
|

24. Section 2 of the Act of 2014 is amended by the insertion of the following definitions:
|
|
| |
“‘Regulation of 2003’ means Regulation (EC) No. 1/2003 of 16 December 20028
on the implementation of the rules on competition laid down in Articles 81 and 82 of the Treaty;
|
|
| |
‘relevant competition law’ has the same meaning as it has in the Act of 2002;”.
