Determination of dispute | ||
|
64. If any doubt, question or dispute arises— | ||
(a) in connection with the operation of the amendments to the Principal Act, the Act of 2005 or the Act of 2007 effected by this Act, or | ||
(b) as to the Minister of the Government in whom any particular function is vested by virtue of the amendments to the Principal Act, the Act of 2005 or the Act of 2007 effected by this Act or transferred (whether before or after the coming into operation of this section) by an order under section 6 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act 1939 , | ||
such doubt, question or dispute may be determined by the Taoiseach. |
