S.I. No. 689/2020 - Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Special measures registration having regard to Covid-19) (No. 2) Order 2020

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th January, 2021.

I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 98 (7) (inserted by section 11 of the Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (Covid-19) Act 2020 (No. 2 of 2020)) of the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (No. 27 of 2005) (as adapted by the Health and Children (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 219 of 2011 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Special measures registration having regard to Covid-19) (No. 2) Order 2020.

2. The 30th of June 2021 is specified as the different date for the purposes of section 98(6) of the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 .
