S.I. No. 542/2020 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science) Order 2020

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 30th October, 2020.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovatio and Science and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science) Order 2020.

2. Sarah Bardon, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science with effect from 2 August 2020.

3. Joanne Lonergan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science with effect from 2 August 2020.
