S.I. No. 532/2020 - Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (Section 29) (Health) (Designation) Order 2020


Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th November, 2020.

I, Stephen Donnelly, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3)(a) of section 29 of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 13 of 2020), and being of the opinion that it is appropriate to do so having regard to the matters specified in paragraphs (a) to (d) of subsection (4) of that section as they relate to the State bodies to which the following order applies, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (Section 29) (Health) (Designation) Order 2020.

2. Each body specified in the Schedule to this Order is designated for the purposes of section 29 of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 13 of 2020).
