S.I. No. 238/2020 - Finance (Tax Appeals and Prospectus Regulation) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2020

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd July, 2020.

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 (2) of the Finance (Tax Appeals and Prospectus Regulation) Act 2019 (No. 39 of 2019), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance (Tax Appeals and Prospectus Regulation) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2020.

2. The 1st day of July 2020 is appointed as the day on which the Finance (Tax Appeals and Prospectus Regulation) Act 2019 (No. 39 of 2019) (except insofar as it is already in operation) comes into operation.
