Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, MICHAEL CREED, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 36 and 64 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), hereby make the following regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Animal Health and Welfare (Rabies) Regulations 2020 (Revocation) Regulations 2020.

Revocation

2. The Animal Health and Welfare (Rabies) Regulations 2020 ( S.I. No. 20 of 2020 ) are revoked.
