Amendment of section 32 of Act of 2015

49. Section 32 of the Act of 2015 is amended—

(a) in subsection (5), by the insertion, after “common seal of the ICAV”, of “(that is to say, executed under the ICAV’s common seal in compliance with section 33(4))”, and

(b) by the deletion of subsection (7).
