Safety recommendations under Regulations of 2014 | ||

6. The Regulations of 2020 shall apply to any safety recommendation or interim safety recommendation that relates to a railway referred to in section 3 issued by the Investigation Unit, pursuant to the Regulations of 2014, prior to the day on which this Act comes into operation. |
