3. (1) This Act may be cited as the Ministers and Secretaries and Ministerial, Parliamentary, Judicial and Court Offices (Amendment) Act 2020.
(2) The Ministers and Secretaries Acts 1924 to 2017 and section 1 may be cited together as the Ministers and Secretaries Acts 1924 to 2020 and shall be construed together as one Act.
