S.I. No. 399/2019 - Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2013 (Designation of Schemes) Order 2019

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 2nd August, 2019.

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (7) of section 2A of the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2013 (No. 30 of 2013) and being satisfied, in relation to each of the schemes designated by this order, of the matters referred to in that subsection, make the following order:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2013 (Designation of Schemes) Order 2019.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of August 2019.

2. The following schemes are designated for the purposes of section 2A(7) of the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2013 (No. 30 of 2013):

The scheme known as Abhaile;

The scheme known as Mortgage to Rent.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order provides that the scheme known as Abhaile and the scheme known as Mortgage to Rent are designated schemes for the purposes of section 2A(7) of the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2013 . The Order comes into operation on the 1st day of August 2019.
