S.I. No. 274/2019 - Finance Act 1992 (Section 135E) (Commencement) Order 2019

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 28th June, 2019.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 135E(15) of the Finance Act 1992 (No. 9 of 1992) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 1992 (Section 135E) (Commencement) Order 2019.

2. The 1st day of July 2019 is appointed as the day on which section 135E of the Finance Act 1992 (No. 9 of 1992) comes into operation.
