Miscellaneous amendments of Principal Act in relation to fines

46. (1) The provision of the Principal Act specified in column (2), opposite a reference number specified in column (1), is amended by the substitution of the words specified in column (4), opposite that reference number, for the words specified in column (3) opposite that reference number.

(2) In subsection (1), a reference to a column is a reference to the column of the Table set out in Schedule 2.
