34. Whenever the Board proposes under section 31 to refuse to grant or renew a licence, permit or approval or to suspend or revoke a licence, permit or approval, it shall notify in writing the applicant or holder of the licence, permit or approval of the proposal and the reasons for the proposal and shall, if any representations are made by or on behalf of the applicant or holder, not later than 14 days or such further period as the Board allows from the date of the service of the notification, consider the representations. |
