Amendment of section 3 of Principal Act

4. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (2):
|

| |
“(2) Regulations under this section may prescribe different marks for—
|
|
| |
(a) a mark referred to in section 2(1)(a), and
|
|
| |
(b) an offshore hallmark.”.
