Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, MICHAEL CREED, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 21 (2) of the Horse Racing Ireland Act 2016 (No. 2 of 2016), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Horse Racing Ireland Act 2016 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2018.

2. The day appointed as the day on which Section 12 of the Horse Racing Ireland Act 2016 (No. 2 of 2016) come into operation is 1 January 2019
