S.I. No. 26/2018 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Taoiseach) Order 2018

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 2nd February, 2018.

The Government, on the request of the Taoiseach and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Taoiseach) Order 2018.

2. Clare Mungovan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Taoiseach with effect from 8 January 2018.
