25. The Minister shall review the eligibility criteria for community employment schemes for those aged 55 and over and, in particular, give consideration to allow those aged 55 and over participating on the scheme do so on a continuous basis, until they reach State pension age. The Minister shall bring forward a report on same within 3 months of this Bill being enacted.
