Amendment of section 869 of Principal Act

15. Section 869 of the Principal Act is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in subsection (1)—
|
|
| |
(i) in paragraph (b), by the deletion of “or”,
|
|
| |
(ii) in paragraph (c), by the substitution of “876;” for “876.”, and
|
|
| |
(iii) by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (c):
|
|
| |
“(d) Part 27.”,
|
|
| |
and
|
|
| |
(b) in subsection (2), by the insertion of “or Part 27,” after “or 876,”.
|
