S.I. No. 410/2017 - Student Support Act 2011 (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2017.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th September, 2017.

I, MARY MITCHELL O’CONNOR, Minister of State at the Department of Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 28 (2) of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011) and the Education and Skills (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2017 ( S.I. No. 334 of 2017 ) and following consultation with the Data Protection Commissioner, hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support Act 2011 (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2017.

2. The following persons stand prescribed for the purposes of section 28 (1) of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011):

(a) an education and training board;

(b) An tSeirbhís Oideachais Leanúnaigh Agus Scileanna.
