S.I. No. 368/2017 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs) Order 2017.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 28th July, 2017.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs) Order 2017.

2. Mr Pauric McPhillips, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs with effect from 14 June 2017.

3. Ms Sarah Meade, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs with effect from 14 June 2017.
