S.I. No. 250/2017 - Companies (Accounting) Act 2017 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2017.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th June, 2017.

I, MARY MITCHELL O’CONNOR, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Companies (Accounting) Act 2017 (No. 9 of 2017), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Accounting) Act 2017 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2017.

2. The Companies (Accounting) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017 ( S.I. No. 246 of 2017 ) is amended by the substitution of the following Article for Article 3:

“3.Subject to Article 4, the 9th day of June 2017 is appointed as the day on which the Act of 2017, other than section 80, shall come into operation.”.
