Exclusion of completion of pay restoration in the case of certain officeholders | ||

21. Section 19 or, as the case may be, section 20 shall not apply to: | ||
(a) the Taoiseach; | ||
(b) the Tánaiste; | ||
(c) any other Minister of the Government; | ||
(d) a Minister of State; or | ||
(e) the Attorney General. |
