Amendment of section 279 of Companies Act 2014 | ||

1. Section 279 of the Companies Act 2014 is amended— | ||
(a) in subsection (1), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “relevant holding company”, by the substitution of “America,” for “America, and”, | ||
(b) by the insertion, in subsection (1), of the following paragraph after paragraph (a) of the definition of “relevant holding company”: | ||
“(aa) which was incorporated in the State prior to the commencement of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017, and”, | ||
and | ||
(c) in subsection (2), by the substitution of “31 December 2030” for “31 December 2020”. |
