S.I. No. 425/2016 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Finance) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th July, 2016.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Finance and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Finance) Order 2016.

2. Each person mentioned in the Schedule, particulars of each of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Finance, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Finance with effect from the date opposite mention of the person.
