S.I. No. 341/2014 - Forfás (Dissolution) Order 2014.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 25th July, 2014.

I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16 (2) of the Industrial Development (Forfás Dissolution) Act 2014 (No. 13 of 2014), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Forfás (Dissolution) Order 2014.

2. The 1st day of August 2014 is appointed as the dissolution day for the purposes of the Industrial Development (Forfás Dissolution) Act 2014 (No. 13 of 2014).

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation).

This Order provides that the 1st of August 2014 shall be the date on which Forfás is dissolved under the Industrial Development (Forfás Dissolution) Act 2014 (No. 13 of 2014). Sections of the Act which are contingent on the dissolution of Forfás will also come into effect on that date.
