S.I. No. 267/2014 - Further Education and Training Act 2013 (Property Vesting Day) (No 8) Order 2014.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 17th June, 2014.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 47 of the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (No. 25 of 2013), hereby make the following order:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (Property Vesting Day) (No 8) Order 2014.

(2) In this Order “ section 47 ” means section 47 of the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (No. 25 of 2013).

2. The 1st day of July 2014 is appointed to be a property vesting day for the purposes of section 47.

3. (1) Galway and Roscommon Education and Training Board is designated for the purposes of section 47.

(2) The property specified in the Schedule is designated for the purposes of section 47.
