I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 35 of the Local Government Reform Act 2014 , hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the County and City Development Boards Dissolution Order 2014. | ||
2. This Order comes into operation on 1 June 2014. | ||
3. There shall be dissolved such bodies as are listed in the Schedule to this Order. | ||

EXPLANATORY NOTE | ||

These regulations give statutory effect to Section 35 of the Local Government Reform Act 2014 which enables the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government to dissolve the County and City Development Boards which are listed in the Schedule to the Order. |
