S.I. No. 145/2014 - Gas Regulation Act 2013 (Part 1, Part 3 and Section 38(d)) (Commencement) Order 2014.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 25th March, 2014.

I, PAT RABBITTE, Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Gas Regulation Act 2013 (No. 39 of 2013), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Gas Regulation Act 2013 (Part 1, Part 3 and Section 38(d)) (Commencement) Order 2014.

2. The day appointed as the day on which—

(a) Parts 1 and 3,

(b) section 38(d), and

(c) Schedules 3 and 4,

of the Gas Regulation Act 2013 (No. 39 of 2013) come into operation on 21 March 2014.
