Amendment of section 83 of Act of 2007

78. Section 83 of the Act of 2007 is amended—

(a) in subsection (1) by substituting “If a person is charged with an offence under section 65(2) of this Act” for “If a person is indicted for an offence under this Act,”, and

(b) by deleting subsection (4).
