Amendment of section 36 of Act of 1991

18. Subsection (1) of section 36 of the Act of 1991 is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in paragraph (b) by the insertion of “or” after “consequences,”,
|
|
| |
(b) in paragraph (c)(ii) by the deletion of “or”, and
|
|
| |
(c) by the deletion of paragraph (d).
