Amendment of section 73 of Act of 2005

34. Section 73(1) of the Act of 2005 is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in paragraph (c), by deleting “or”,
|
|
| |
(b) in paragraph (d), by substituting “person,” for “person.”, and
|
|
| |
(c) by inserting the following paragraphs after paragraph (d):
|
|
| |
“(e) a member of the Accreditation Board, or
|
|
| |
(f) a member of the Appeals Board.”.
