Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st November, 2013.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (No. 25 of 2013), hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (Establishment Day) Order 2013.

2. The 27th day of October 2013 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (No. 25 of 2013).
