1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Authorisation, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2013. | ||
2. The European Communities (Authorisation, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) Regulations, 2001 ( S.I. No. 625 of 2001 ) are amended in Regulation 2(1) by substituting for the definition of “the Directive of 1998” (inserted by the European Communities (Authorisation, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 ( S.I. No.18 of 2013 )) the following— | ||
