I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Sections 18 and 70L (1) (as inserted by Section 4 of the Water Services (Amendment) Act 2012 (No. 2 of 2012)) of the Water Services 2007 (No. 30 of 2007), hereby make the following Regulations: | ||
Citation | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Water Services Act 2007 (Re-inspection) Regulations 2013. | ||
Application for re-inspection | ||
2. An application for the purpose of Section 70H(7)(a) of the Water Services Act 2007 shall— | ||
(a) be in the form prescribed in the Schedule hereto, and shall contain the particulars specified therein, and | ||
(b) be accompanied by a fee of €20. | ||
