Amendment of section 36 of Act of 2012

54. Section 36 of the Act of 2012 is amended—

(a) in subsection (2), by substituting “A specified debtor” for “Subject to subsection (5), a specified debtor”,

(b) in subsection (3), by substituting “Subject to subsection (4),” for “Subject to subsections (4) and (5),”, and

(c) by deleting subsection (5).
