S.I. No. 302/2012 - Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd August, 2012.

I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (6) of the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2012 (No. 32 of 2012), hereby order as follows:

1. This order may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012.

2. The 1st day of August 2012 is appointed as the day on which the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2012 (No. 32 of 2012) shall come into operation.
