1 If draft netting in the common estuary is allowed, the quotas for the Caragh, Laune and Maine have to be fixed for the common estuary and this quota is lower than a combination of the three individual river quotas because it is a mixed stock fishery and the lower amount is necessary to ensure meeting the 75% target.

2 If draft netting in the common estuary is allowed the quotas for the Erriff and Bundorragha have to be fixed for the common estuary and this quota is lower than a combination of the two individual river quotas because it is a mixed stock fishery and the lower amount is necessary to ensure meeting the 75% target.

3 If draft netting in the common estuary is allowed the quotas for the Owenduff and Owenmore have to be fixed for the common estuary and this quota is lower than a combination of the two individual river quotas because it is a mixed stock fishery and the lower amount is necessary to ensure meeting the 75% target.
