S.I. No. 408/2010 - Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2010.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 30th July, 2010.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Minister and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2010.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs conferred on him by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule are delegated to John Moloney, Minister of State at the Department of Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs.
