S.I. No. 407/2010 - Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2010.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 30th July, 2010.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2010.

2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs conferred on him by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule are delegated to Mary White, Minister of State at the Department of Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs.

Adoptive Leave Acts 1995 and 2005, other than section 39(2)(a)(ii) of theAdoptive Leave Act 1995 (No. 2 of 1995)

Employment Equality Acts 1998 to 2008

Equal Status Acts 2000 to 2008

Maternity Protections Act 1994 and 2004, other than section 37(3)(b) of the Maternity Protection Act 1994 (No. 34 of 1994)

Parental Leave Acts 1998 and 2006, other than section 22(1)(a)(ii) of theParental Leave Act 1998 (No. 30 of 1998)
