21.— (1) Section 141(1) (inserted by section 5 of the Pensions (Amendment) Act 2002 ) of the Act of 1990 is amended in paragraph (a)(ii) by substituting “the Pensions Ombudsman” for “the Minister”. | |
(2) Where immediately before the commencement of subsection (1) any legal proceedings under section 141(1) of the Act of 1990 to which the Minister is a party are pending, the name of the Pensions Ombudsman shall be substituted in the proceedings for the name of the Minister and the proceedings shall not abate by reason of such substitution. |
