S.I. No. 608/2008 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism) Order 2008

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 4th July, 2008.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism) Order 2008.

2. Michelle Hoctor, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Arts, Sport and Tourism, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism with effect from 7 May 2008.
